		<description>When I made my batch, I was still eating it six months later. The main thing with chocolate is to keep it air tight and in a cool/dry place. If chocolate gets warm and then cools, you&#039;ll get that icky white film and possibly crystals on the outside. Still edible, but not particularly attractive. Good luck with the recipe!</description>

Just wondering around how many pieces you can make from this, and how well they last - if i make them a month before the wedding will they still be fresh enough, or is it better to do them in the same week?
