“Monsoon” over on the Muppet Central forums posted links to these machinima Labyrinth movies made with the Sims 2, and after watching, I just had to share…
This first version is like Labyrinth mixed with cosplay - Jareth with cat ears! I like the creator’s take on the ballroom scene.
Entry number two adds more plot… and goblins! And baby-tossing Jareth! My favorite Sarah of the three. In the comments someone says they created Hoggle and Ludo sims — time to pony up.
The final Machinima is the most polished of the three and focuses entirely on the Jareth/Sarah story. So well done! They nailed Jarerth’s eyebrows. And the ballroom looks superb.

You should see what’s going on at http://www.imvu.com. It’s a 3D chat and role playing game serive, similar to Sims. I role play as Jareth there and I’ve come across a Moppet, Mizumi, Sarah and teenaged Toby. Someone even designed a beautiful Mizumi skin.

Okay, there are the IMVU characters. I didn’t know what pictures to give you so I posted a few photobucket links on a livejournal blog for you.
Jareth, Sarah, Mizumi and Toby of IMVU.
The Jareth avatar was made by myself under the IMVU ID of JTheGoblinKing. Sarah was made by Sarah (that’s really her name) on the IMVU ID of GoblinQueenSarah. Toby was made by Lauren AKA Leggie (huge Legolas fan in Lord of the rings) under the IMVU ID of GoblinPrinceToby. Mizumi was made by someone whom I don’t know the name of but she uses the IMVU ID of QueenMizumi. The one who plays Moppet didn’t have any pictures of her avatar and I didn’t see her online today to take any.
Sorry these aren’t videos. Yes, the characters do move but I don’t know how to cut videos off of IMVU. So here are some pictures.

hehe, these were fun ^^ Jareth and Sarah randomly kissing in the first one was awesome, and Sarah’s spastic movements in the second one were hilarious, as was the Beast as Ludo and the green kid w/ the beanie as Hoggle XD
my favorite was the third, it was done well
i wish this game still worked on our computer, it was really fun =(

I dont know much about sims but imvu is something I know alot of, I am the queen Mizumi Mandy was speaking off and I am curretnly working on a line of labyrinth clothing for the site… Just finised the Mizumi skin, and Moppet outfit and next I am working on Sarah because they really dont have a good sarah outfit on there. I think there is a plan to make a video of the Charters of the Labyrinth on IMVU and as soon as its made I am submiting it.

I’m glad you like them. Loria (Mizumi) is now working on putting together a video of the characters in action, seeing as I don’t know how to make videos of IMVU. And I love her Mizumi too. I thnk she is extremely beautiful.

LadyLoria has also just finished creating a 3D baby Toby for the Sarah avatar to hold, he even has the red striped pajamas.
