I don't know how this ended up being one of the posts with the least comments, but this is the one I'm commenting on. XD

Hi, this is my first time visiting your blog, and I must say it is a thrill to visit. After reading Return to Labyrinth Volume 3 and seeing this site mentioned in your follow up note, I had to give it a look. I just want to say first of all, great work on this series, I really think you've captured the essence and charm of the Labyrinth. I only first saw Labyrinth about a year ago, and it has since captured my heart, along with the Thin White Duke. I've been itching to get my hands on Volume 3 since it came out in May, now I'm itching to get my hands on Volume 4 (for which I'll have to wait considerably longer, by comparison! Q.Q)

My only qualm about the series is how Jareth is drawn. But hey, I'm picky! Other than that, if you happen to read this tell Chris Lie that his art is spectacular, and a real visual treat. ;)

So I just wanted to say hi, since I plan on following your blog from now on. Looking forward to hearing more (btw great stuff you have on here, I love the Q & A), and thanks for listening, er, reading! :)

It'll be interesting to hear from Chris, now I'm really looking forward to the next Q and A!

I managed to find Volume 3 today, and I'm sure I can cook up some more questions to ask (Is that the Nintendo Power Glove on Cob's arm? Who thought of adding that?).

And I don't want to spoil anything about Volume 3, but I have to say I was surprised to find that I started to grow fond of Spittledrum (Gasp!).

So needless to say, can't wait to see what happens next!

Please, please stay away from the 31 inchers. Bowie was enough. :D

Ooh, that will be fun to hear from Chris too. But you better finish that script first! :P

Kristi,

I'll get to the rest of the questions very soon -- in the next few days. Also, in the next batch, Chris Lie answers a few! This Q&A was a lot of fun and I'll definitely do it again -- I just don't want to let the blogging interfere with my getting work done, so I have to keep myself from getting too sucked in. :)

As for the new MS Paint Adventure story, I confess I last saw it when it was just a week old, so I'm not sure where it's at now. I liked the simple setup and I really should go check it out again to see where it's gone.

I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the questions answered, do you have an estimated date of when you'll be getting to them?

I'd love to see more of these Q and A sessions, it's really interesting to get a few nuggets of background info on what went into the making of RtL. And I'm sure as time goes on, we'll just keep getting more and more questions to ask you!

Also Jake, I've been meaning to ask, what do you think of the new MS Paint Adventures series?

You know, I never noticed the wierd font on Jareth in volume one. Even now, I can't tell the difference...

Maybe I should go the eye doctor. I might need a stronger prescription.
