		<description>Cauliflower roasted this way is delicious -- it transforms the flavor and texture and if you keep turning it, you get more of the golden brown caramelized parts that get that perfect mix of sweet and savory. I actually like purple cauliflower the least (orange is my favorite) but it&#039;s hard to deny the resemblance with Sloggroat Brains.</description>
