Cauliflower roasted this way is delicious — it transforms the flavor and texture and if you keep turning it, you get more of the golden brown caramelized parts that get that perfect mix of sweet and savory. I actually like purple cauliflower the least (orange is my favorite) but it’s hard to deny the resemblance with Sloggroat Brains.

Sloggroat brains only taste good with warm Blathersplelch toe jam (can be substituted with melted butter or cheese sauce). Or in a nice soup.
