The DVD release is missing the intro and closing done by Kermit. The plot was later reused... I mean 'paid homage to' in Toy story. A plush tiger is afraid of being replaced by a new space toy. It's extremely sweet. I had just turned four when it first aired and video taped it. For years I had the VHS tape with the Kraft advertisements. The 'Old friends / New friends' song used in the Muppet Family Christmas was written for the Christmas Toy first.
